Nine Lions was engaged by MTS (Medical Transportation Service) in Memphis to perform specialized detailing and sanitization for their transport fleet. MTS provides critical non-emergency medical transportation, specifically for dialysis patients, which requires a strictly controlled sanitary environment.
NEMT vehicles bridge the gap between standard transport and emergency care. Because these units transport immunocompromised dialysis patients and are staffed by EMT-Basic and EMS Professional teams, the vehicle interior must meet clinical hygiene standards. Standard cleaning cannot address the bio-burden risks or protect the sensitive medical equipment used during transport.
